Analyzes, controls,
spare parts & repairs

All testing is performed during operation and in a dismantled condition according to German Guidelines for Accident Prevention at Working Places BGR 500 respectively according to the manufacturer’s instruction.

In addition we offer:

  • Vibration monitoring including reports
  • Wear control of decanter bowl, decanter scroll and all parts in contact with the product
  • Use of spare parts in original equipment manufacturer quality according to manufacturer’s specification
  • Provision of all standard and special spare parts
  • Provision and storage of reconditioned exchange gearboxes.
  • Process-related optimisation of the decanter and the decanter environment as well
  • Process-related performance run for the determination of optimised adjustments
  • Repair work also on your site

Optimization

We would be glad to train your staff in the areas of process, process technology and operation of the decanter plant. Additionally, we give you valuable tips and information about the service and maintenance of the entire plant.

We will be pleased to advice you about maintenance or maintenance contracts tailored to your individual needs. The operational readiness and runtime of your plant will be optimized by the maintenance contract so that a maximum performance is achieved. Interesting cost benefits can be realised by signing the maintenance contract or a service agreement.

If needed, we are available for the optimization of your process and the process-optimized performance of the decanter.
Hereby not only the decanter will be optimized but the decanter’s environment as well like e.g. the preparation of flocculating agents and dosing.

If required repair of decanter bowl, decanter scroll or decanter gearbox, we start a visual examination at your site together with you. Commonly we discuss the necessary steps to be undertaken and provide you with an offer.

All kinds of repairs can be implemented within the shortest possible time. In cases where you depend on the decanter we can offer you a cost-efficient rental of component or complete rotor units.

In cases where damages at the decanter gearboxes are recognized in an early stage, we can execute repairs or maintenance with favourable costs at your place.

Production of Foods

The food industry offers a wide range of mechanical separation applications. Centrifuges are used in many areas of the food industry, such as in the production of wheat starch, soymilk or soy proteins. Also used in the lactose, casein and whey processing.

Chemical Industry, petrochemical & industrial biotechnology

In both chemistry, petrochemical and biotechnology process, mechanical separation is an important part of many processes. Decanter centrifuges and separators clarify liquids, separate liquid mixtures, classify or dewater solids, and extract ingredients in different process stages. Gas-tight decanters according to ATEX regulations, which are designed for systems with overpressure in various applications are also in use.
